Spy Verity Reseller Policy

The terms and conditions set out in this agreement apply to your participation in the Spy Verity Application Reseller Program.
By submitting an enquiry or participating in our reseller program, you expressly consent to all terms and conditions set out below.

 

Signing up:
In order to become a Spy Verity Application reseller, it is necessary to register by accurately and truthfully supplying all information requested by us. After receiving your application, it will be evaluated by our team. Spy Verity reserves the right to accept or reject the enquiry to become a reseller at our sole discretion. Spy Verity is not required to give any reason in case of refusal.

 

Reseller portal:
Each reseller will have a personal account with which he will be able to independently manage his own licenses and the accounts of his customers. In addition, reseller customers will log in to a NO-BRAND panel. In this way, the reseller can sell the application with its own brand. It is absolutely forbidden for each retailer to sell the Application using the Spy Verity name/brand/logo, each the retailer must sell the application using its own name/brand/logo.

Obligations:
The reseller is required to purchase from Spy Verity in advance all licenses to be resold.
End User support must be provided by the reseller. The reseller is required to provide technical and commercial support to its customers. If an end user requests a refund from the reseller, the responsibility lies solely with the reseller.

Spy Verity reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time, and these changes will be communicated to the reseller in writing.

The dealer cannot in any way copy the Spy Verity website or any content featured therein. The reseller cannot use Spy Verity brands in any online search engine marketing campaign.

The reseller guarantees compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the country of use of the Spy Verity Application.

The retailer declares to have read and accepted: privacy policy, cookie policy, refund policy, terms of use, eula and application requirements.

The retailer is obliged to inform its customers on all limitations provided by the legislation in force in the respective country of use.

The reseller must in no way suggest or advertise illegal uses of the Monitoring Application. The reseller assumes full responsibility for the use of the Spy Verity Application by its customer (End User).

The retailer declares to have understood that the Spy Verity Application can only be used in owned phones and with explicit consent from the user.

Spy Verity cannot be held liable in any way for unlawful behavior or for damage caused by a reseller, or an end user who purchased the license from a reseller.

The Reseller declares and warrants that the license terms granted by Spy Verity comply with the legislation applicable in the Territory of use.

The Reseller will not use the information obtained from the Reseller Program to develop or implement a service that competes with Spy Verity.

Spy Verity owns all intellectual property rights and other rights to the Products.

 

This Agreement will begin on the date of our Reseller Program Application approval, and will continue thereafter until terminated, as provided for within this document. You can terminate your participation in the Reseller Program at any time. Spy Verity reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Reseller program at any time and for any reason we deem appropriate, with or without notice, by deactivating your Reseller account.

Spy Verity reserves the right to cancel any user account if Spy Verity determines that this Agreement has been violated.

In the event of a breach of this Agreement, Spy Verity reserves the right to reveal your identity and contact information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities, or third parties which have been directly damaged by your actions.

By registering with the Reseller Program, you declare and warrant that this Agreement constitutes your legal, valid and binding obligation, applicable in your name in accordance with its terms, and that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

Spy Verity can change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by providing an email notification. If the changes are unacceptable to you, you can withdraw from this Agreement without penalty.

The Reseller agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Spy Verity harmless against any claim, action, request, liability or damage.

The reseller will be responsible for paying all judiciary and legal fees incurred by Spy Verity for enforcing the terms of this Agreement.

By registering with the Spy Verity Reseller Program, you declare that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and agree to be bound by all its terms and conditions. If a person accepts this Agreement on behalf of a commercial entity, that natural person represents the legal capacity and authority of that corporate entity in this Agreement.
